Villa Vincenzo is a pretty stone farmhouse located in the countryside on a small hill with panoramic views over the countryside and to the sea. There are long sandy beaches and pretty harbour at San Vincenzo, which is just a short drive away (22 kms)
Villa Vincenzo is a perfect base for exploring the Tuscan coast with its sandy beach resorts of San Vincenzo and Fallonica. Bolgheri, a picturesque little village, famous for its top class wines is within easy reach (45 mins). There are also ferries that leave regularly from the mainland for the pretty island of Elba just off the Tuscan coast.

This pretty villa is located close to the Tuscan coast and is perfect for a small family group. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large patio for dining “al fresco” and it has a large garden and private pool where you can relax and drink in the lovely views.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms including a master bedroom. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

OUTDOORS

There is a large terrace at the front of the villa overlooking the garden that has outdoor furniture for relaxing and dining outside. Large well maintained garden with private pool (14 x 7mts) and a gazebo for dining outdoors. The pool is equipped with an electronic cover, is open from mid April to early October (depending on the weather) and is heated out of season. The pool bar area is well equipped and there is a bathroom plus outdoor shower at the pool.
