Villa Margherita is a chic seafront villa located on a small, private, residential estate on the beautiful Southern coast of the island of Sardinia. It is situated just a few metres from the beach and the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. The villa boasts a wonderful garden with palm trees, colourful Bougainvilleas, cactus plants, century old Mediterranean pine trees as well as direct access to a Caribbean style beach, where you can enjoy the crystal clear waters. The villa is set out on 2 floors and has a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, sleeping 12 - 14. . The villa is ideally situated, being just 10 km from the town of Pula and only 2 km from the world famous Village Resort & Golf Club. Cagliari airport is easily reached (46km).

Rental: Weekly, Sat to Sat

Price Includes: Welcome basket, water, electricity, air con, linen & towels (changed weekly) , maid service 3 hrs per day x 6 days 9am - 12 noon, WI FI, continental breakfast service (excld. food and drink costs),  final cleaning.

Not Included: Telephone, cook service (on request min. 24 hours in advance), extra maid service - €12 per hr, laundry / ironing - €12 per hr,  baby sitter - €15 per hour per sitter (3 children max per sitter), laundry/ironing €12 per hour, extra linen or towel changes, firewood - at cost approx €70 per cubic metre, grocery shopping - €30 plus cost of food. All extras are subject to local VAT.

Late Check In Charge: €50 for late arrival after 7pm and up to 10pm, €100 after 10pm, payable in cash on arrival.

Security Deposit: €2,000 payable in cash (USD/GBP/EUROS) no cards or personal cheques accepted, which will be held and refunded on departure

The villa is set out on 2 floors (ground floor and lower level). It has 7 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms.


GROUND FLOOR

There is a large, bright living room with wooden flooring, tv and french doors leading to the outdoor patio. There is a well equipped kitchen with stove, oven fridge, toaster and washine machine. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The villa boasts a wonderful garden with palm trees, colourful Bougainvilleas, cactus plants, century old Mediterranean pine trees as well as direct access to a Caribbean style beach, where you can enjoy the crystal clear waters.  There is a changing room with fridge and shower on the beach and a panoramic terrace on the roof of the changing room. As well as direct beach access from the villa, the Southern coast of Sardinia has dozens of other breathtaking, white sandy beaches with crystal clear water.
