VILLA DESCRIPTION

GROUND FLOOR
The Villa has a bright spacious open plan living room with fireplace, large sofa with flat screen TV, fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, orange juicer, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The living room leads onto the master bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and the third bedroom with bunk beds. All the bedrooms, bathrooms and living room have white beams and parquet flooring and overlook the beautiful private pools, patio and garden.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor there is a wellness area with Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. There is also a master bedroom with private bathroom with shower. The whole floor overlooks the terrace and beautiful views of the lake and hills.
BASEMENT
The basement floor has a large room with sofa bed for 2 people.
OUTDOORS
The patio has a sofa and armchairs, table and chairs for outdoor dining and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The outdoor spaces are completed with 2 private, panoramic pools and a large garden with olive trees.

The villa has two private pools. One lap pool in front of the villa and another larger pool in front of it.
