Villa Bello is a pretty country farmhouse on two
floors, located close to Cetona and in stunning countryside. The villa
is a perfect property for a family group within easy reach of the
picturesque town of Cetona (3km). Both Florence and Rome are within 1.5
hrs and it is a perfect location to visit Montepuliciano, Pienza, Siena,
Cortona., Assisi, Todi, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno.

mid week rubbish collection - €100, small/med size pets - €100 per pet, villa pre stocking €40 - €100 plus cost of groceries payable in cash on arrival. All extras to be paid on arrival in cash
Local Tourist Tax: €1 per night per person over 12 yrs up to a max of 14 days, payable in cash on arrival
Security Deposit: €1,500 payable in cash or card on arrival, which is held and refunded on departure.
VILLA DESCRIPTION

GROUND FLOOR
Villa Bello is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a large family group. On the ground floor it has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 with bathtubs and 1 is suitable for the disabled). They are made up of 5 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There are several kitchen corners so individual guests can prepare snacks and drinks. Many of the ground floor rooms open onto the garden.
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor is accessed by an original outside stair and loggia. On
the first floor there is a large lounge (60 square metres) with original
open fireplace. There is also a large kitchen and a dining room. There
are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor. There are
three doubles and one twin bedroom. There are three bathrooms with walk in showers. A staircase leads up to a large
panoramic roof terrace which has lovely views.
A maximum of 4 extra beds can be supplied on request (extra charge).
OUTDOORS
There is a covered loggia to the side and also to the rear of the villa
and tables and chairs for dining outside. There is also an outside BBQ
There are stunning open views from the villa over the countryside. The villa has large grounds with several mature trees providing shade in
hot weather. The pool (14 x 7mts) is set to the side of the villa and
is a short distance from the house. It has an infinity edge looking out
over the countryside and has fabulous views.
Take advantage of the privacy of this pretty farmhouse and its wonderful open views and hold your special event here. There is a sister villa close by that sleeps an additional 20+6 guests providing extra accommodation within easy reach.
