Villa Marinella is a pretty villa that has recently been renovated, just 25 km from Florence. The villa is owned by part of the Ferragamo fashion family and provides elegantly furnished accommodation set in a large garden with private pool. This villa is super handy for exploring the beautiful , Renaissance city of Florence with its many art treasures, historic city centre and great Boutique shopping, which is just a short trip away. There are trains into Florence close by at 2 local stations at 2km and 3km. It is also perfectly located for enjoying the many local top designer outlets.  There are also several local towns and villages all within easy reach as well as historic places of interest such as Sammezzano Castle and Vallombrosa Abbey.
The villa is a perfect setting for a large family group or a group of friends in a country setting, which enjoys easy access to Florence (25km).

Villa Marinella is a pretty villa set in a large, well maintained garden with private pool. The villa has 3 floors and it can accommodate up to 10 - 12 people in 6 double bedrooms with 6 bathrooms.

GROUND FLOOR

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and a side entrance, a half bathroom, an open plan dining room which leads into a living room with a fireplace and access to the rear garden. There is a spacious living room with fireplace and a 40” TV. The outdoor loggia is at the front of the house and can be accessed from the living areas. The living areas have lots of natural light, thanks to the large windows and glass doors leading to the front and rear of the house. All rooms on this floor have air conditioning.

FIRST FLOOR

On the second floor, a lovely light-filled corridor provides direct access to four bedrooms.The 5th bedroom is located on the third floor. Each bedroom has a full bathroom with shower and the master bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. All bedrooms have
views of the surrounding forest and/or rear garden and are equipped with air conditioning.
