Villa Cortonese is a pretty, restored barn sleeping 6, set out on two floors, The property is located in the countryside close to Cortona. It is set in a large garden with pool and has panoramic views over the valley. The villa is located in one of the most idyllic areas of the Cortonese mountains, 700 metres above sea level. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy relaxing walks along quiet paths and country roads in the woods. 

The Villa is a perfect base, for exploring Cortona (3 km). It is also within easy reach of Lake Trasimeno (22 km), Arezzo (28 km), Perugia (50 km).

Villa Cortonese is a charming villa located in a quiet, panoramic position in one of the most scenic areas of the hills surrounding Cortona. Thanks to careful restoration, this old barn, which was part of a country house estate dating back to the 18th century has been transformed into a pretty, independent villa. The original stone floors, wooden beams, walls and arches inside the property have been preserved and carefully restored and the furniture is welcoming and comfortable.

The ground floor has a lovely living room, a dining area with fireplace and a well equipped, kitchen, which is perfect for preparing lunch or dinner during your stay.
