VILLA DESCRIPTION

This characterful villa is located at 600 mts above sea level and boasts fabulous panoramic views over the valley. It is on 2 floors and approx 130 sq mts. It is within easy reach of the pretty hilltown of Cortona and Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno are also within easy reach.
GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor has a living room with open fireplace, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor has 3 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedrooom. There are 4 bathrooms, 3 with showers and one with a bathtub. An additional single room can be made available on request.
OUTDOORS AND POOL
The villa has lovely panoramic outdoor areas including 2 terraces, ample private parking, automatic entry gate and outdoor dining. There is a private pool (8 x 4mts) set on a terrace adjacent to the villa.
