Villa Benedetto is a wonderful villa situated within walking distance of the main estate property, where there is an Osteria, stables and a tennis court and yet it still feels private. A formal courtyard forms the heart of the property around which the living accommodation is located. The main villa has well-appointed living areas, as extensive master area and a further 4 bedrooms all with their own en suites. A covered dining area links the main villa to further accommodation. An 18 x 4.5 mt panoramic infinity swimming pool nestles within the gardens and next to the pool is a spa bath. There is an outdoor kitchen and a covered gazebo viewing platform in the garden provides a breath taking 360° panorama that includes a view of 2 castles. There is a spacious self-contained one bedroom guest cottage in the grounds.
