A pretty villa on three floors located in the countryside close to Cortona. The villa has been completely restored using traditional materials. It is set in a large garden with pool and has views over the valley.
Villa Rolando is a perfect location to explore the wonderful hillside town of Cortona (4km) as well as Lake Trasimeno with its tiny islands. Umbria is an easy day trip with its many historic towns and cities and there are a variety of well known wine towns all within easy reach, including Montepulciano and Montalcino famous for it rich Brunello wines.

The villa is on three floors, and sleeps 8 guests.
On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room and a well equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom (which can be made into a double) with en suite bathroom with shower.

FIRST FLOOR

The villa is set in a large garden with panoramic views over the valley. The private swimming pool (4 x 8 mts) is situated amongst terraced olive groves directly overlooking the Val di Chiana below. The garden down to the pool is lined with beautiful roses (in season). There is a covered pergola at the pool and a 70 square metre terrace and a covered pergola outside the villa seating 12, so you can enjoy the views and dine outdoors.
