Villa Clarissa is a pretty villa on two floors located in an exclusive residential area just outside of Lucca (4kms) The villa is part of a private estate that includes a larger villa close by. Villa Clarissa is full of original Tuscan charm and has its own private garden and pool, making it ideal for a family holiday. Rented together with the main villa - Villa Carlotta close by, it is perfect for large groups of up to 32 guests.
Villa Clarissa is a perfect base, for exploring the enchanting city of Lucca (4kms) as well as Pisa (26kms). It is also within easy reach of Florence (92kms).

Prices include: Electricity (excluding air con), water, kitchen gas, maid service 2 hours per day x 3 days per week (includes Sat), linen and towels (changed weekly), WI FI, final cleaning.

Not included: Telephone & fax, air con - €0.50 per KW,  heating in winter – metered, linen change - €20 per room, extra maid service - €15 per hour. Breakfast - €20 per person, lunch/dinner - €40 - €45 per person  (excluding wine)

Local Tourist Tax: €7.50 per person over 14 years, payable in cash on arrival

Security Deposit: €1,000 payable with balance and refunded to you after departure.


This is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a family group. The house has been restored using traditional materials and there are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. It has 6 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and is set in a large garden with private pool.

On the ground floor there is a country style kitchen, a dining room with open fireplace and a pretty living room that opens onto the patio furnished for dining “al fresco” Also on the ground floor is a master twin bedroom and a double bedroom and a second twin bedroom. There are three bathrooms, two with showers (one is suitable for wheelchair access) and one with a bathtub.
