Villa Carlotta is an elegant 18th century villa on three floors located in an exclusive residential area just outside of Lucca (4kms) The villa is located on a private estate that includes a small private chapel. Villa Carlotta has its own private garden and pool. Villa Carlotta is full of original charm and has large reception rooms. Villa Prices include: Water, kitchen gas, maid service 4 hours per day x 5 days per week,  linen and towels (changed weekly), WI FI, final cleaning.

Not included: Electricity -metered @ €0.50 per KW, phone, heating in winter – metered @ €1.50 per cubic mt, extra linen change - €20 per room, extra maid service - €15 per hour. Chef service – breakfast - €20 per person per day, €40 - €45 per person per meal (excluding drinks)

Local Tourist Tax: €7.50 per person over 14 years, payable in cash on arrival

Security Deposit: €2,000 payable with balance or in cash on arrival and refunded after departure.

This villa is located on a private estate and there is another villa close by. This villa doesn’t share the pool or garden area private to Villa Carlotta. However, the two villas do share the driveway in. Both villas can be rented together for large groups or special events. There is a private chapel within the estate that can be used for weddings.
