Villa Bionda is a pretty, modern villa located in Forte dei Marmi, approx 750 metres from the beach (short cycle or a 5 min walk). This villa is semi detached and has a private garden and plunge pool. It is decorated in a modern style. The paintings and artwork, which decorate the walls of the villa, change every year and are available for sale on request. There is a bar and a supermarket within walking distance and it is a short drive into the bustling town centre of Forte dei Marmi with its many luxury boutiques, bars and restaurants.
Villa Bionda is a perfect base to enjoy the chic beach resort of Forte dei Marmi and exploring the Tuscan coast. It is within easy reach of Pisa (35 mins)

Prices include: All utilities, linen (changed weekly), towels (changed twice weekly), twice weekly cleaning (2 hrs on Mon + Thurs - times as set by owner), pool maintenance (once a week), garden maintenance (once a week), final cleaning

Not included: Extra maid service €15 per hr (to be agreed and booked well before arrival and dependent on availability of the maid), extra maintenance, extra linen & towel changes, extra towels over and above a normal set (2 towels 70 x 140 per person), personal laundry & ironing, any other service not mentioned as included above.

Security Deposit: €3,000 payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you on departure.



This is a pretty, modern villa within easy reach of both the beach and the town centre of Forte dei Marmi with its many designer Boutiques, and fashionable beach clubs, bars and chic restaurants. The villa sleeps up to 6 - 7 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus a guest toilet. There is a terrace and garden for relaxing and dining outdoors.

On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, living room with flat screen, satellite TV, dining area, guest bathroom and access to the garden and terraces around the villa.


SECOND & THIRD FLOOR

On the second and third floors there are 4 bedrooms, 2 are doubles, 1 is a single and 1 bedroom has bunk beds. There are 3 bathrooms with showers.


OUTDOORS

There is a patio with a dining area for 6 guests close to the plunge pool (4.5 x 4.5 m). The garden is planted with Mediterranean trees, shrubs and herbs and has a lawn area that is automatically irrigated.
