Villa Vernaccia is a beautiful restored, rambling Tuscan farmhouse and adjacent dependence, which sleeps 29 guests (23 in main villa, 6 in dependence) in 17 bedrooms (16 bathrooms). Once a villa and a number of farmer's cottages, the property has now been converted into a number of suites. The Villa enjoys an elevated hillside position with panoramic views, which stretch for miles across the estate to the neighbouring towns and villages. All suites have living/dining areas and small country kitchens and are decorated and furnished with their own individual colour schemes and all have excellent views. The villa has a well equipped Summer kitchen and outdoor dining area. In the grounds surrounding the villa, there is a large (8x15m) pool with deckchairs and umbrellas. The villa is close (7km) to the local village and less than 1 hr to both Florence and Pisa airports. It is an ideal property for a large group of family or friends who wish to holiday together but still retain their own independence and privacy.

All suites have direct access onto the garden. All double beds are Queen size. All twin rooms can be made into double beds. NB. Twins beds may not be suitable for large or tall adults.

OUTDOORS

The Villa is set in large, private gated grounds. It has panoramic views over the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The garden has a large "shell shaped" pool (8x15m). There is a covered loggia for outdoor dining. The villa has a communal Summer kitchen for preparing meals to eat outside under the loggia. The villa also has a BBQ area.
