Totally private and perched on the crest of a small hill, it is surrounded by Tuscan cypress trees. Villa Verbena dominates the outlying countryside and offers breathtaking views. The villa terraces lead down into fields and woodland.

Rental: Weekly, Sat to Sat in Mid & High Season, 4/5 nights off season

All extras are payable in advance before arrival.
Late check in charge 7pm - 10pm - €20, 10pm - midnight- €40 payable in cash at check in
Local Tourist Tax: €1.50 per person over 14 yrs for the first 6 nights, payable with the rental balance
Security Deposit: €500 payable with the rental balance and refunded within 7 days of departure

Living area – lounge with fireplace, dining area. Main dining table for 14 and smaller dining table for 4 - 6 guests. Guest bathroom. Pantry. Kitchen.
KITCHEN
6 ringed gas hob, electric oven, microwave. Pantry with fridge freezer washer and dryer.
BEDROOMS
5 full double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (one with bath tub and hand held shower). 1 small twin/double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
OUTDOORS
Villa Verbena boasts flowering pots, terracotta portico and flagstone courtyard. The terraced garden is poolside and is fenced around the bottom terrace. The loggia has cushioned wrought iron furniture. Pool solarium with sunbeds, sun umbrellas. Pool solarium is directly accessible from French windows from the villa. Paved courtyards with flowering pots. Terraced Mediterranean gardens fenced at bottom level. No lawn area.
POOL
Infinity pool: 14x7m, shallow end 1.2m - deep end 2.5m. Jacuzzi end - depth 90cm. Open 15 May - 15 Oct. The pool, loggia and garden are illuminated at night.
