Set in private, gated grounds, Villa Timo is a beautiful ground floor villa with a contemporary feel, yet at the same time uses traditional Tuscan materials. Villa Timo is surrounded by large private lawns giving the property a feeling of peace and tranquillity. Panoramic sliding glass veranda doors on all sides and the slightly elevated position let you enjoy fantastic views over the surrounding valley, while a lovely pool with central spa bath feature is set away in the private stone walled courtyard.
Close to Montaione and located west of Florence it is more or less equidistant to both Florence and Pisa (1hr). The local town of Montaione is at aprrox. 7kms and there is a train station locally too.
Villa Timo is a perfect location for exploring San Gimgnano (19km), Certaldo (16km). Siena is 64km.

Rental: Weekly Sat to Sat , 3/5 nights off season

Included: Water, gas, electricity, air con, WI FI, sat TV,  initial linen & towels initial cleaning, garden & pool maintenance, final cleaning.

Not Included: Linen & towel change - €160 (whole villa),  linen & towel change with maid to change them - €210 (whole villa), towel change - €60 (whole villa), extra bed - €50 per stay, baby cot - €50 per week, high chair - €50 per stay, maid service - €72 (daily rate if whole stay is booked) or €96 (one off session), pets -€50 per pet/per stay, heating - €80 per day (obligatory 1 Nov - 29 Feb). All extras are payable in advance before arrival.
Late check in charge - 7pm - 10pm - €20, 10pm - midnight - €40 payable in cash at check in

Local Tourist Tax: €1.50 per person over 14 yrs for the first 6  nights, payable with the rental balance

Security Deposit: €500 payable with the rental balance and refunded within 7 days of departure

Off ground floor pool side hallway leads to: Twin/Double bedroom with en-suite shower room; Double/twin bedroom with private shower room. Both with glass veranda sliding doors into the garden.

Furnished with cushioned rattan furniture. Pool solarium with sun loungers, sun umbrellas. Pool solarium is directly accessible from French windows from the villa. Panoramic dining area. Paved stone courtyard, olive trees and flower beds, extensive lawns on 3 sides of the house.

Private pool with central spa bath feature 8 x 5mts. Depth 90cm – 1m approx. Open 15 May - 15 Oct. The pool, courtyard and garden are illuminated at night.
