Villa Stella Marina is a stylish villa within easy reach of the beach. The villa is located on a large estate inside a WWF nature reserve situated on the Tuscan coast close to Capalbio. The nature reserve includes a Saracen tower, which overlooks a beautiful lagoon framed by reed beds. The villa has direct private access to the beach and electric golf carts are available to take guests the short distance to the beach. The closest beach is unspoilt and natural, however if guests prefer there is also a beach club with loungers & umbrellas and a bar/restaurant within easy reach.

VILLA DESCRIPTION

The villa has direct private access to the beach and electric buggies are available on request to get to the beach. The beach is unspoilt and natural, but if you prefer there is also a beach club with loungers & umbrellas and a bar / restaurant within easy reach. Villa Stella Marina is surrounded by a large garden of and is made up of two buildings.
The pretty farmhouse is divided into two buildings and is surrounded by a large garden where you can enjoy the view of the countryside and lake with the Saracen Tower.
The main building on the ground floor has a spacious living room, master bedroom with wardrobes and a bathroom, a kitchen, two utility rooms, and a guest bathroom. In the attic there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The other building has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. In total there are 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Both the houses have a spacious veranda overlooking the surrounding countryside. The beach is accessed via a private footpath (about 700 metres) through the nature reserve or you can also reach the beach directly by car via another entrance.

GROUNDS AND GARDEN
The villa is situated inside a WWF nature reserve, which has a lagoon and saracen tower. The area ia a natural oasis for wildlife and birdlife. The villa is set in extensive grounds and is only a short walk to an unspoilt beach (golf carts and bikes are available for those who don't want to walk). There is also a beach club with loungers and umbrellas nearby.
