Villa Soffio is located in the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by iconic olive and cypress trees, just a mere 4 km from the beautiful hill town of Cortona. Villa Soffio is a stunning contemporary stone villa, built on the foundations of a 12th-century house. Minimalist luxury is the philosophy that inspired this villa to ensure the best balance between true Tuscan living and pure relaxation. The villa's name was inspired by the cool, light breeze that blows through this area in summer and sways through the olive groves.  The villa enjoys beautiful views over the valley and surrounding countryside.
Villa Soffio is a short drive into Cortona (4km), which is a lovely hill town with pretty views and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. Being in southern Tuscany it is also perfect for visiting Umbria, Lake Trasimeno (the only Lake in Tuscany) with its tiny islands and many towns along the lake. There are also many renowned wine towns such as Montepulciano and Montalcino all within easy reach, not to mention the spa towns of Chianciano Terme (37km) and Bagno Vignoni (49km). The renaissance city of Florence is also easily accessible by train from Camucia/Cortona.

This lovely villa is set in a large garden with a private pool. It is located just a short drive to Cortona.

On the ground floor there is a spacious, open plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen is well equipped with a central island, large gas hob, a large American style fridge with ice maker and has access to the garden.
