Villa Simona is a superb luxury villa located one of the most exclusive country estates in Italy and in beautiful  Umbria.  Owned by the same family for generations and renowned for its thousands of hectares of immaculate woods and olive groves and for its superb valleys, lakes and rivers. It is the perfect place for a relaxing  holiday.

Villa Simona is a beautiful 16th century farmhouse, set on the top of one a  hill, affording spectacular views across the medieval castle and its 18-hole championship golf course, which are particularly impressive from the large infinity pool, complete with Jacuzzi. The villa can accommodate up to 18 guests with the exceptional comfort and is made up of 3 units that include a luxury suite in the cottage by the pool.

Villa Simona is a perfect location for exploring the rest of Umbria including Perugia 19km, Umbertide 15km, but also Lake Trasimeno (15 km), with its tiny islands is a wonderful day trip. Tuscany is just a short drive away, so you can easily drive over to Tuscany and explore its many wine producing areas and pretty towns and cities.

The villa is a little jewel of privacy, comfort and elegance, with landscaped gardens and an infinity pool overlooking breathtaking countryside. Added to all of this, the attentive and discreet service of the  staff makes a stay here a truly wonderful and memorable experience.

This property is made up of 3 units which include a cottage by the pool . It  has 9 bedrooms and  7 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 18 guests.
