Villa Sant Angelo is stunning luxury villa made up of what was originally a watch tower and an adjacent barn. The whole property has been completely restored using original terracotta flooring and reclaimed wooden beams combined with state of the art mod cons, neutral, earthy, fresh tones and luxury soft furnishings that together provide a modern, minimalist yet truly homely feel. The two structures have been connected effortlessly using a glass corridor between them. Villa Sant Angelo, which dates back to the year 1,000, is located in a unique position with truly breathtaking views towards San Gimignano over the rolling Tuscan countryside. There is a picture postcard view out of almost every window of Villa Sant Angelo and each large window frames a portion of this fabulous landscape. The location of Villa Sant Angelo is superb as it is only a short drive into the local town of Barberino Val D'Elsa  (3kms) and within very easy reach of both San Gimignano (20 mins) and Florence (20 – 25 mins).

Additional services on request: Extra maid service - €30 per hr per maid (advance booking required), extra linen & towel change - €150 per room in 2024 and €200 per room in 2025, full time housekeeping & chef service on request, private chef service, grocery pre-stocking, airport transfers, private chauffeur, activities and excursions, massage,  cookery lessons, wine stock, yoga/pilates/fitness instructor. Wedding event fee €5,500, max 50 guests,  (Includes venue assistance and on the day management but a planner must be used to  co-ordinate with the villa. Please note a marquee is required for 18+ guests in case of rain).

Local Tourist Tax: €1.50 per person 14 yrs and over per day for the first 7 days of your stay - payable in cash at the property.

Security deposit: €2,000 payable on arrival in cash and refunded on departure.

You can enjoy dinner, watching the sun setting over the spectacular Tuscan countryside.
The private, heated, infinity pool is located on a terrace below the main villa, it has a covered pergola area for relaxing and loungers and umbrellas for sunbathing. There are stunning views from the garden and pool. This is truly a unique property for the more discerning traveller. The fabulous views and chic villa interiors provide the perfect backdrop for a special, never to be forgotten holiday.
