Situated close to a fairytale hilltop village, just 8 kms south of Lucca, Villa San Leo is the perfect base to explore Tuscany’s culture and cuisine. Nearby sights include Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme, Versilia, Forte dei Marmi, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Volterra, Bolgheri, Livorno, Bologna, La Spezia and Parma, all between 10 mins and 1 and half hour drive from the Villa.

The property is made up of two buildings; the main villa and an adjacent restored barn. It is laid out over three floors, The villa has been tastefully furnished to provide charming areas to relax and enjoy your stay in Tuscany.  The villa is set in a large garden with a private pool and dining area and features beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.
