Villa Ruscello is a beautiful restored mill situated alongside a picturesque stream in the Umbrian countryside. The villa is the ultimate retreat for those looking to live in splendid seclusion, taking pleasure from the wonders of nature. Guests can bask in the morning sunshine surrounded by the peaceful sound of the river whilst enjoying their morning espresso. We then recommend venturing on walks to seek out the natural pools nearby before returning to relax in the private underground jacuzzi within the ancient vault of this restored XIII century mill.

The restoration plan has remained faithful to the original footprint of Villa Ruscello’s structure, whilst resurrecting the ruins and restoring them to the highest standards. The blending of bright interior décor with quality Italian furniture makes for a truly remarkable countryside hideaway.

Villa Ruscello boasts two ensuite bedrooms (Note - only rented to 2 guests), a private underground jacuzzi, private outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub and sauna overlooking the river. Due to the proximity to the river and the indoor spa the villa is only suitable for adults (no children under 14 years of age).

Prices include:  Welcome pack - please note - the villa is self-catering, but staff are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules on arrival, water, kitchen gas, electricity, villa heating, WI FI, linen (changed weekly), towels (changed mid week), pool towels (changed weekly), starter sets of soap & shampoo in every bathroom on arrival, morning maid service daily for bedrooms, bathrooms and basic clean of kitchen (excludes public holidays and exact hrs to be determined by staff), gardener & pool maintenance, concierge service during office hrs (9am - 7pm), heating of outdoor hot tub, sauna & indoor whirlpool, final cleaning

Also: 1 x welcome service and key collection per group (multiple services for the same group aren't possible). Shuttle service to/from the estate restaurant (available every day for dinner time - booking required)
