Villa Rondine is a lovingly restored villa in Val di Chiana. It is within easy reach of Cortona - a wonderful hill top town with festivals all throughout the summer. It is close to Lake Trasimeno (20km) with its tiny islands and the wine towns of Montepulciano (29km) and Montalcino (58km), where you can taste some excellent Tuscan wines. The renaissance cities of Siena and Florence are an easy day trip too. It is in a great central loaction for exploring both central and southern Tuscany, which has lots to offer together with some of the best scenery,

Villa Rondine is a superb villa set in a large, well maintained garden with wonderful views. The villa has 2 floors and it can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 double bedrooms with 5 en suites.


GROUND FLOOR

The recently restored villa has been renovated with great style. There is a clever use of colour and materials, which gives the interiors an elegant, chic style. The villa is set in a large garden with a private pool.
On the ground floor there is a very relaxing sitting area with sofas and a charming fireplace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave and hob as well as a delightful open plan dining room. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor. The modern, chic décor in the living room creates a highly relaxing atmosphere.

FIRST FLOOR

The top floor of this luxurious villa offers astounding views over the countryside that stretches from Lake Trasimeno to Arezzo and in the distance you can even see the charming hill top town of  Cortona. There are four stylishly decorated bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have amazing ceilings with beautiful wooden beams. The en suites are comfortable and are equipped as follows: three have a shower and one has a bath tub.
