Villa Ronco is a beautiful, Tuscan farmhouse built in the second half of the 18th century. It is situated on the slopes of Mount Albano near the town of Monsummano Terme. The villa is surrounded by 18 acres of woods and olive groves. The owners have renovated the villa using original materials and furnished the villa with pieces from their own antique collection. Villa Ronco is fully equipped with modern appliances and services (air con, wifi etc) and has mosquito screens on all windows. The large private garden has a large pool with hydromassage corner and swimjets.

The owners of Villa Ronco also have another villa called Villa Annunciata (sleeps 8+2) with its own private garden and pool adjacent to Villa Ronco. These 2 villas can be rented together for larger groups and/ or for weddings or eventa and can sleep up to 23+6 guests.

Villa Ronco is the ideal location for a large group who would like to explore Tuscany, Florence and Pisa are under an hour by car and most of the other Tuscan sights can be easily reached.

GROUND FLOOR

Dining room for 8 people, lounge with antique fire place, 2 sofas and 1 double sofa bed, card table with 4 chairs, well equipped kitchen for 6, downstairs bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, main kitchen with table for 8, fireplace and pizza oven, lounge  with two sofas and double faced fireplace leading into lounge/dining room with table for 16, TV room with  sofabed for 2, armchair etc. billiard room with 2 armchairs and table, second downstairs bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, laundry room.

INTERMEDIATE FLOOR

Above the large dining room and reached by a short staircase, there is a quiet twin bedroom with pleasant views. Furnished with antiques - the bed-heads are 18th wrought iron, wardrobe,  bedside table, English desk  and chest-of-drawers. The bathroom is downstairs.

SECOND FLOOR

Two flights of stairs lead to the second floor.

Yellow bedroom: double bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with Jacuzzi hydromassage bath and shower, walk-in wardrobe, antique chest, chest of drawers, two armchairs with small table

Green bedroom: double bedroom with king-size bed and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers

Blue bedroom: double bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, spiral staircase to balcony with single bed.

Triple bedroom:  3 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Single Bedroom: single bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Jacuzzi bath and shower, shared by the bedroom with 3 single beds and the single room.

OUTDOORS

The villa looks out over typical Tuscan countryside - hills and olive groves, chestnut and oak trees. It is surrounded by well maintained gardens and has a private pool (12x6m), which is situated on a panoramic natural terrace a few metres below the villa level. The overflow pool is equipped with a hydromassage corner and a swim jet system for water treadmill. There is also a changing room with shower and WC. The pool and surroundings are illuminated at night. The pool is open from mid April to mid October (weather permitting). The area round the pool is equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs, tables etc. There is also an area nearby with a gazebo and chairs, perfect for relaxing in the shade.

EVENTS

Want to celebrate a special birthday, anniversary or just fancy having a pool party with a few friends?  An event for up to 50/60 people can be held at the property. Together with the adjacent villa, 23+6 guests can be accommodated.

Courtesy kit in each bathroom: shampoo/shower, hand and body cream and hand detergent made with the extra virgin olive oil from the olive trees on the property.
