Villa Riccio is an elegant Tuscan farmhouse with a large garden and swimming pool located just outside of the charming Etruscan town of Cortona, less than a 5-minute drive into town. This historic home was completely restored a few years ago. It is surrounded by beautiful cypress trees, a swimming pool and an additional pool house with lounge area, and bathroom with shower.

The Villa is a perfect base, for exploring Cortona (4km). It is also within easy reach of Lake Trasimeno (9kms), Arezzo (32kms), Perugia (45kms).

Local Tourist Tax: €10 per person over 12 years of age, payable in cash  on arrival.

Security Deposit: €500 payable in cash on arrival, which is held and refunded to you on departure

After careful restoration, this centuries old country house, has been transformed into a beautiful, tastefully decorated, private, villa,  comfortably accommodating up to 10 people. The subtle use of colour and materials gives the property a cool, elegant feel. Set in a large garden, it has panoramic views over the valley and surrounding Tuscan countryside towards Lake Trasimeno.
