Villa Renata is a fabulous, luxury villa that has been restored with renewable energy in mind and finished to a high spec with all modern comforts. It  features superb interiors, a state of the art modern kitchen and a stylish living room with feature fireplace. It is centrally located and within easy reach of Cortona with its well-known hillside town. It is also within easy reach of many renowned wine towns such as Montepulciano and Montalcino, but also Lake Trasimeno (only lake in Tuscany) and several spa towns.
It is a great location for exploring as you can easily drive into Umbria with pretty towns and cities including Perugia and Siena and its famous Piazza is also an easy drive away.  There is a supermarket and 2 x pizzerias at 2km and a town at 6km with all amenities including a designer outlet village, local shops and a top notch Tuscan bakery.

Not included:  Maid service - €25 per hr, use of spa facilities - €400 per day, villa pre stocking - €30 per hr plus the cost of the groceries payable in cash on arrival

Local Tourist Tax: N/A 

Security Deposit: €1,000 payable in cash or card on arrival and refunded on departure

The villa is set in very large grounds (30,000 sq mts) that have been landscaped to provide different outdoor areas to relax and for outdoor dining. There is a private pool with steps in and the pool area has a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a vegetable patch that provides fresh produce in season and there are 2 pergolas where you can sit and relax and enjoy the grounds. There is also a glass pod located in a pretty spot in the garden that is a well equipped gym, where you can work out while enjoyig the garden views.
