Villa Pomaio is within easy reach of Forte dei Marmi, on the Tuscan coast and only 700 m from the beach. Forte dei Marmi has chic beach clubs, a lively night life as well as top level designer shopping. The villa is 520 sq mts and is set in a very large garden of 7,000 sq mts and has a private pool.

The villa can accommodate up to 16 guests in 8 bedrooms.  It is divided into 3 units, suiting multiple family groups or families travelling with staff. It has been completely renovated,  providing new, modern interiors and bathrooms. The villa is light and airy and has many large,  windows overlooking the garden. The large first floor terrace provides a comfortable outdoor space for relaxing and “al fresco” dining.

There are 2 x 3 bedroom apartments to the front of the villa, one of which has a large terrace overlooking the garden. There is another 2 bedroom apartment situated on the ground and first floor.

The villa is within very easy reach of the beach, with its many first class beach clubs and just 4 km to the town centre with its chic Boutique shopping and its many bars and restaurants.
