GROUND FLOOR

The large living areas include a beautiful lounge with full length window with a woodland and pool view. In the lounge area there is a cosy, slightly raised annex with fireplace. This room continues around in an L shape to a dining area, which overlooks the patio and summer lounge, which has a sofa, armchairs and umbrella. This area also has an additional table for dining al fresco overlooking the pool. There is a well equipped kitchen, which includes a BBQ grill and dining facilities for up to 12 guests. There is a covered patio, which has a full BBQ and pizza oven. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

A staircase in the lounge leads to a lower ground level where there is a full sized, ultra modern studio apartment which has been newly refurbished. There is a cosy lounge area in light colours with sofas and an extensive library, a professional pool table, a fully equipped gym area and modern shower room. This area offers both recreation and a secondary living area for larger groups.

FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor there are four bedrooms. There is 1 bedroom with a French size double bed (130cms wide), 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, all carefully finished off with coordinated textiles to give each room a personal feel. On this floor there are 2 bathrooms; one has a shower and  the other has a bathtub. There is air conditioning on this floor.

OUTDOORS

The villa is surrounded by well maintained gardens. There is a a patio and summer lounge with a sofa, armchairs and umbrella. This area also has an additional table for dining al fresco, which overlooks the pool. There is a covered patio which has a full BBQ and pizza oven. There is also a small cabin with sauna in the garden.
