Villa Piera is a gem of a villa set in a fabulous panoramic location and offers complete privacy combined the height of luxury. The villa features high quality interior decoration and superb outdoor facilities. The villa has 4 luxury bedrooms, which  have been elegantly and lovingly furnished, with great attention to detail and using textures inspired by the latest design trends. This quality and elegance is also reflected in the beautiful marble bathrooms. The pretty pool house overlooks the  large infinity pool, where you can cocoon yourself in the enthralling views of the Umbrian countryside.
Villa Piera is a perfect location for exploring the rest of Umbria including Perugia 19km, Umbertide 15km, but also Lake Trasimeno 15 km, with its tiny islands is a wonderful day trip. Tuscany is just a short drive away, so you can easily drive over to Tuscany and explore its many wine producing areas and pretty towns and cities.

Prices include:  Welcome pack - please note - the villa is self-catering, but staff are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules on arrival, water, kitchen gas, electricity, villa heating, WI FI, linen (changed weekly), towels (changed mid week), pool towels (changed weekly), starter sets of soap & shampoo in every bathroom on arrival, morning maid service daily for bedrooms, bathrooms and basic clean of kitchen, gardener & pool maintenance, concierge service during office hrs (9am - 7pm), final cleaning

Also: 1 x welcome service and key collection per group (multiple services for the same group aren't possible). Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant (available every day for dinner time for max 8 people - booking required)

There are various furnished outdoor spaces, terraces and garden areas for relaxing and dining.
