Villa Pescia is a beautiful, restored villa sleeping 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (+ sofa bed, available on request) situated in the hills surrounding the charming walled city of Lucca. From the outdoor patio of this beautifully restored villa, you can enjoy stunning views over the infinity pool area to the vineyards, olive groves and the charming Tuscan countryside beyond. Ideal for family gatherings and celebrations, the villa is set in private grounds providing plenty of space for a large family or group of friends. It is close to Lucca and it is the perfect location for exploring the Northern part of Tuscany, it is also within easy reach of the Tuscan coast.

GROUND FLOOR

• Entrance hall
• Master Bedroom - Camelia. This spacious room has exposed beam ceilings. It is decorated in neutral tones and has classic, handmade Tuscan furnishings. The room has a luxurious queen-size bed, a large antique mirror and a beautiful ensuite, travertine bathroom. There is direct access to the pool area via French doors.
• Bedroom Cipresso. This room has rustic wood beams, original 1900s hardwood floors and is decorated in soft, light blue tones. The room features a queen-size bed, antique furnishings and a private bathroom with heated floors.
• Bedroom Olivo. This bright room has warm white walls, antique furnishings and cinnamon-coloured decoration. There is a comfortable queen-size bed and thoughtfully curated furnishings. It has a private bathroom with elegant travertine tiles.
• Bedroom Chapel. A calm, tranquil room, decorated in soft colours and shades of wine red, which was originally the chapel of the house. It has retained many original details including antique furniture and a cozy armchair by the French window. There is a double, queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower with travertine finishes and an antique sink from the 1700s.
