Villa Olivotto is a beautiful villa with panoramic sea views, located near the town of Castiglione della Pescaia on the Maremma coast (5km). The villa can accommodate up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms and has a large swimming pool set in well maintained gardens. This modern villa with private swimming pool is just 5 km (5 – 10 mins by car) from the sandy beaches at Castiglione della Pescaia. The villa has stunning views towards the sea, the peninsula of Argentario and the islands of Giglio and Montecristo. It is surrounded by a well maintained garden and has a private, child friendly swimming pool with automatic cover.  The garden also has a number of areas for relaxing, sunbathing and outdoor dining and it is all set in several hectares of private grounds surrounded by organically grown vineyards.

Villa Olivotto is a perfect base for exploring the wonderful Tuscan coast including Castiglione della Pescaia with its pretty harbour and town at 5km. There are long sandy beaches to enjoy together with various water sports and the many local restaurants and bars, There is also a luxury spa within easy reach at 8km

Late check in: Check in out of hours between 7 - 9pm by agreement only - extra charge TBC

Security Deposit: €1,500 for a 1 - 2 week stay, €2,500 for a stay of 3 weeks or more, payable with the balance of the rental, which is held and refunded to you at the end of your stay within 7 days of departure. Not possible to pay in cash.

Villa Olivotto is perfect for a large group of friends or family group. The villa consists of two connecting sections, which are rented together. In total, the property has: 7 bedrooms; 4 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are very bright and have views. There are 7 en suite bathrooms, 2 modern, fully equipped kitchens and 2 living rooms. The villa has been furnished with top quality fixtures and fittings.  The house is fully air-conditioned and all windows have mosquito screens.

The villa is located 5 kms from Castiglione della Pescaia and also 5 kms to the nearest beaches both in the Pineta at Castiglione and in the centre, where there are various beach clubs along the coast. There is a supermarket and a variety of shops and excellent bars and restaurants in Castiglione della Pescaia. There is also a luxury Hotel spa within easy reach.

This well-appointed 400 sq mt villa is in 2 adjoining sections. A door easily connects both sections of the villa together.

When rented for up to 10 guests the rental includes use of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms as follows:
South Wing (2 double bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 room with bunk beds for 2 children) + 1 room located in the North Wing. 5 bathrooms - one for each room. All the other communal areas, bedrooms/bathrooms of the North Wing will be closed.
