Villa Molinari is a bright, modern style villa (250 sq mts) situated only 500m from the beach in Punta Ala. It sleeps 11  in 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It has a bright, living room, dining room and a well equipped kitchen. There is an outdoor patio and large garden with BBQ. The villa is close to a supermarket, bar, restaurant, bread shop etc and the Punta Ala marina (home to the Prada America’s cup yacht “Luna Rossa”). Just a day trip by boat takes you to the lovely island of Elba. Castiglione della Pescaia is just along the coast and is a pretty little town with a harbour, long sandy beaches and a wide range of restaurants.
 
Punta Ala is a luxury resort with lush pine trees, is a real paradise due to the cleanliness of the sea, white-groomed beaches and the amazing Mediterranean vegetation of pines, oaks and oleanders.

Punta Ala offers many elite sports facilities including an excellent golf club, tennis courts, a riding school, marina and sailing school.  Sailing regattas are held regularly, giving the participants and spectators an exciting day out. It boasts well-equipped beaches, secluded coves and inlets with crystal clear water that creates ideal conditions for diving.

Not included: Electricity - metered, linen – €15 per person per set per week or €30 per double bed (includes towels) per set per week, final cleaning – €400, water & gas - Jan, Feb, March, April, Nov & Dec €1,000 per month, other months -  €500 per month (Note: final cleaning/linen costs payable in cash on arrival), maid €15 per hr.

Local Tourist tax: €0.50 per person over 12 yrs per night payable in cash on arrival

Security deposit: €2,000 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure



VILLA DESCRIPTION

SLEEPS 10/11 + 2

The villa entrance is down a lane, which shares access to another adjacent villa. The villa has 4 main guest bedrooms, 1 bedroom suitable for staff or older children and 3 bathrooms for a maximum of 11 guests + 2 small infants. It has a large garden with a footpath that provides a shortcut to the beach, large outdoor spaces and is a short walk to amenities and the beach.

GROUND FLOOR

  • Entrance - then down a few steps to
  • Lounge with 2 x sofas, and open fireplace, flat screen TV, large glass doors opening onto the patio and garden
  • Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 5 ring hob, double sink, large fridge/freezer
  •  Room for storage adjacent to the kitchen
  • Bathroom with shower off storage room
  • Storage room gives access to a steep stair to a mezzanine floor with a double bedroom (can be made a twin) suitable for staff or older children. The stairs aren’t suitable for toddlers or older guests.

FIRST FLOOR

There are 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms in total on the first floor.

  • Spacious Master double bedroom with air con and baby cot and large glass doors onto the balcony with views towards the sea (only very partial sea views due to pine trees)
