The service from Rent a Villa in Tuscany was excellent, efficient and helpful. We were well received and every effort to make our stay smooth was made. The villa was delightful and in perfect condition. The only thing that was inconvenient was leaving a deposit in cash in euros. This involves carrying cash, brings up exchange rate issues and one is forced to leave Europe with unwanted currency. This system was made poorer by the fact that in our case our contact didn't turn up before our departure on Saturday morning. Surely leaving a credit card number for bond would be a better method and while I am grateful for the quick response to refunding it I will have a second lot of exchange rates applied. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Melo to anyone.
