Villa Melo is a beautifully restored farmhouse located in a small village 3 km from the centre of Camaiore, close to the Tuscan coast. This beautiful 230 sqm farmhouse has been renovated using traditional Tuscan materials and can accomodate up 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Located on top of a hill, Villa Melo is surrounded by olive groves, oak trees and vineyards and has a well maintained, fenced garden of 10.000 sq mts (2.5 acres ). This is a stylish 5 bedroom house, which is furnished with an eclectic mix of traditional Tuscan antiques and at the same time modern amenities such as air-con in all bedrooms and WI FI internet.
Villa Melo is located in the village of Nocchi in the hills above the Versilian coast, 3 km from the centre of Camaiore, 20km from Lucca and 12km from the coast with its famous beach towns of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi.

The private garden is full of olive trees, lavender, roses and rosemary. At the front of the house there is a veranda with a large table and wood oven, a barbecue is also available. From the house, it is a short walk (50m) through the olive grove to the large swimming pool (14m x 4m ), which is fully fenced. There is a changing room with toilet and outdoor shower. There is also a pergola with table and chairs and a BBQ with sink and stove top.
