Villa Massarosa is a pretty, restored villa and cottage located in the Versilian hills near Massarosa. It has breathtaking views of Lake Massaciuccoli (Puccini's lake) and the sea. The property is surrounded by a large garden and olive groves. The villa sleeps 8+2. 6/8 guests in the main villa in 3 bedrooms and a studio with 2 sofa beds, 4 bathrooms. There is also a 1 bedroom, ensuite bathroom cottage annex  close to the pool. The villa has a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. There is a veranda with a pizza oven and a covered pergola for outdoor dining. The large (16x4 mt) pool sits just a short distance from the house, it is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and has stunning panoramic views towards the lake and sea. The main villa can be rented on its own or with the cottage annex.
Villa Massarosa is in a perfect location for exploring the Tuscan coast. It is just 3km from the local town and 11km to the nearest beach.

On the ground floor there is a living room with open fireplace and TV/DVD, a well-equipped kitchen, a covered veranda with large dining table and BBQ/pizza oven and a studio where there are two sofa beds and a guest bathroom. There are three steps down to a laundry/storage room.

OUTDOORS AND POOL

Villa Massarosa has a lovely pool (16x4 m) with sun loungers and umbrellas and outdoor shower, which is located just 20m from the villa. There is also a shady pergola with a large dining table, perfect for outdoor dining. The villa has wonderful panoramic views over Lake Massaciuccoli towards the sea.
