Villa Martina is a truly charming Tuscan farmhouse in the heart of Chianti with breathtaking panoramic views. The villa is surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves with the stunning skyline of San Gimignano visible on the horizon. The villa is furnished in Tuscan style and has traditional features such as terracotta floors and characterful beamed ceilings. The villa is perfect for families, groups of friends and special occasions.
Situated only 45 minutes from Florence and Siena by car, the villa is centrally located and in the heart of  the Chianti Classico area. Other places of interest such as San Gimignano (27km) and Certaldo (27km) are all an easy drive away.

GROUND FLOOR

There is a large living room with bar area and an open fireplace, an indoor dining room with access to a covered terrace, additional sitting room and a professionally equipped kitchen with a 6 ring gas hob, professional oven, 3 fridges and a professional dishwasher
There are a total of 7 bedrooms and there are 2 sofa beds to accommodate up to 2 extra guests.

BEDROOOMS

There are 7 double bedrooms (2 can be made twins). All the bedrooms have air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. They are all equipped with a safe, screens and hairdryers.

Wrought iron, double, four poster bed, two comfortable armchairs, small hallway with fitted wardrobe.
En suite bathroom with double sinks,  large walk-in marble shower. The room has its own private entrance with small garden and terrace, equipped with table and chairs. The terrace overlooks the valley.

Large Superior room - 30 sq mt – Wrought iron, double, four poster bed, gorgeous view over Val d’Elsa, Queen sofa bed. Small hallway with fitted wardrobe.
En suite bathroom with double sinks, roll top bath tub with shower. Small terrace equipped with table and chairs, overlooking the surrounding wonderful landscape.

En suite bathroom with a double, built-in shower with seat . The room has a small terrace equipped with table and chairs and direct access to the garden.

The villa is set in a spacious garden with several areas to relax in, 3 bedrooms have a small balcony or patio. There is a covered, outdoor dining area and a terrace facing the sunset. The infinity pool (8 x 16mts) is set in a spacious, lawned area with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool has a hydro massage corner and also a pretty rock waterfall feature.
