A superb, newly restored luxury villa on a fabulous, country estate within easy reach of Florence. Set in 70 hectares of private estate grounds, this wonderful historic Borgo is built around a 16th century Manor house and belongs to a well know fashion family. The estate made up of 7 villas with private pools, 14 luxury suites with a large dedicated pool, 2 tennis courts and a restaurant where guests can have breakfast, lunch, snacks, aperitifs and dinner. Within easy reach of Florence and with fast trains available from the local station at 4km, it makes the location of this property a perfect choice for exploring the rest of Tuscany. The property is serviced by staff daily at reception who provide a concierge service and are available for assistance or help with booking any services you require during your stay. There are several designer outlets for  fashion connoisseurs and pretty drives up into the hills through olive groves and vineyards where you can also explore the pretty hillside villages.
Florence, Arezzo and Siena are all within easy reach. The local town with all amenities is close by at 4km. Florence is accessible by fast train from the local station 4km and there are several designer outlets locally, including Prada, The Mall and many more.

Villa Marilena is a beautifully appointed 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa (all en suite). Bathrooms feature marble fittings, his and her sinks and walk in showers. The villa ground floor has a spacious well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with flat screen TV, The top floor landing is very spacious and overlooks the garden via 2 large arched windows. The villa is very spacious and is light and airy due to the many large windows.
