Villa Marcella is a beautiful, restored villa sleeping 14, set within a 20 acre estate in the heart of Chianti. There are another two private villas on the same estate, which are also available for rent, sleeping up to 37 guests in total. Villa Marcalla is a beautifully renovated Tuscan farmhouse situated in the heart of the Chianti area between Siena and Florence, less than a kilometre via a private path from Panzano. It is furnished in classic Tuscan style with touches of French and Italian antiques in light, neutral tones. It has wooden floors and exposed wooden beams. The villa has a romantic atmosphere mixing stunning traditional architecture with modern, luxury comforts. It is surrounded by private grounds and has a 8x6m heated, fenced infinity pool. There is also an open air kitchen complete with BBQ and table and chairs for dining al fresco.

Local Tourist Tax: €2.50 per person over 14 years per day, payable in cash at check in

Security Deposit: €1,500 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure.



VILLA DESCRIPTION

SLEEPS 14

Villa Marcella is a beautifully restored farmhouse set out on four levels. From the turret of the top floor of the villa there are breath-taking views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The villa has seven double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living room, two sitting rooms, a dining room and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen.


LOWER FLOOR

The lower floor is reached by a small flight of stairs leading to the bright, panoramic, indoor, heated pool complete with a bar and sitting room. There is independent access from the garden.

  • Double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. 

SECOND FLOOR

You access the main entrance hall from the garden.

  • Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub
  • Master bedroom with a large Jacuzzi bathtub and en suite bathroom
  • Large kitchen with a seven burner stove and double oven.
  • French doors lead to a patio and outdoor dining area large enough to accommodate all guests.

THIRD FLOOR

Access to the third level is either from the garden or indoors via a staircase.

  • 2 living areas furnished with sofas and a fireplace
  • Third area has a sofa, a table and a small electric stove and fridge for a quick snack.

FOURTH FLOOR

The 4th floor is accessed from the entrance hall via a short staircase.
