There is a bar and a supermarket within walking distance and it is a short drive into the bustling town centre of Forte dei Marmi with its many luxury boutiques, bars and restaurants. Villa Mara is a perfect base to enjoy the chic beach resort of Forte dei Marmi and exploring the Tuscan coast. It is within easy reach of Pisa (35 mins).

Security Deposit: €3,000 payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you on departure.
This is a pretty, modern villa within easy reach of both the beach and
the town centre of Forte dei Marmi with its many designer Boutiques, and
fashionable beach clubs, bars and chic restaurants. The villa sleeps up
to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a private pool,
outdoor dining and a garden for relaxing outdoors.

On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and access to the garden and terraces around the villa.
LOWER, FIRST, SECOND FLOORS
On the lower, first and second floors there are 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 have showers and 1 has a bathtub.
OUTDOORS
Outdoors there is a terrace with dining table and chairs, which can seat up to 8 people. There is also another dining table for 4, plus another dining area for 6 people under a gazebo, close to the pool (6 x 10 metres). The garden is planted with Mediterranean trees, shrubs and herbs and has a lawn area, which is automatically irrigated. There are swings for children in the group.
