Villa Luciana is a pretty villa located in a small, picturesque village equidistant to the historic towns of Figline
Valdarno and Greve in Chianti, which are in the centre of a triangle formed by the cities of
Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Both of these 2 towns have a historic centre with a medieval
piazza surrounded by buildings of importance. Florence is approximately 45 km away and both Siena and Arezzo are
within easy reach. Figline Valdarno has fast train links into Florence city centre, making it easily accessible with a travel time of just 30 mins.

The villa features marble bathrooms and high level finishes. The villa has been furnished with care and provides comfortable accommodation for 9+1 guests. Villa Luciana is a pretty villa set in a well maintained garden with pretty views. The villa has 4 floors and it can accommodate up to 9+1 people in 5 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms.

Outdoors there is a large terrace with outdoor BBQ and outdoor dining with lovely views over the countryside. On a lower terrace there is a private pool (14 x 7 mts), which has a natural stone surround and sun loungers and mature trees, which provide shade during the heat of the day. There are pretty views over rolling countryside to the Pratomagno hills in the distance.
