Villa Lilly sits adjacent to  the owner's aristocratic villa and is part of a large country estate just outside of Cortona. It has been fully restored and retains much of its  old world charm. It is in a lovely position and boasts panoramic views. The property is made up of a villa and cottage and sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa sleeps 6 and the cottage sleeps 4.
It is a perfect location to explore the wonderful hillside town of Cortona (4km) as well as Lake Trasimeno with its tiny islands. Umbria is an easy day trip with its many historic towns and cities and there are a variety of well known wine towns all within easy reach, including Montepulciano and Montalcino famous for it rich Brunello wines.

SLEEPS 10

Villa Lily is perfect for a group of friends, it has been restored using traditional materials and there are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. It has panoramic views over the valley.

GROUND FLOOR

On the ground floor, a spacious hallway leads into a living room and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The spacious kitchen was once an original clay oven dating back to the 1800's and is fully equipped with all essential household appliances and amenities.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with views overlooking the Valdichiana, each with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms.
