Villa Laguna is a chic villa within easy reach of the beach. The villa is located on a large estate inside a WWF nature reserve situated on the Tuscan coast close to Capalbio. The nature reserve includes a Saracen tower, which overlooks a beautiful lagoon framed by reed beds. The villa has direct private access to the beach and an electric golf cart included to take guests the short distance to the beach. The closest beach is unspoilt and natural, however if guests prefer there is also a beach club with loungers & umbrellas and a bar/restaurant within easy reach.
Villa Laguna features hand painted detailing indoors and has a wellness area in the cottage. The villa is approx. 400 sq mts and is just 600 mts to the beach. The villa boasts direct, private access to the beach, which is accessed along a private country lane. The beach is sandy and is equipped with a private hut with pergola and loungers for the beach. The property is made up of a main villa and 2 adjacent cottages.
