Villa Ducchesa, dates from the 15th century and consists of two adjacent villas sleeping up to 16 guests. The villas are situated in a quiet, sunny spot only 35kms from Florence. The property has a splendid tree-lined avenue and a beautiful Italian garden with centuries old trees overlooking a large swimming pool. The villas are tastefully restored and furnished. There is a well equipped kitchen in each villa with coffee machine, toaster, stove and fridge etc. If you prefer to eat "al fresco" there are a number of outdoor areas overlooking the surrounding Tuscan countryside After a busy day sightseeing you can relax around the pool (10×5 m) or on the well equipped sun terrace, which has an outside shower, pool furniture and umbrellas. There is also a patio with BBQ. In total, there are three panoramic terraces with ping pong table, loungers and armchairs. The property also has private parking.

LA LOGGIA - Sleeps 10
