Villa Dante (240 sq mts) is a fully air conditioned , restored farmhouse within easy reach of the charming walled city of Lucca. The villa sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. It has large living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen and a covered dining area outdoors. There is also a pool with panoramic views and an outdoor jacuzzi. The villa includes a stocled wine room where tastings can also be organised. It is situated on a private estate, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and is within easy reach of a local village making it an ideal location for exploring Northern Tuscan and the Tuscan coast.

Rental: Weekly, Sat to Sat
Included: Electricity/air con up to 300 KW per week, water, kitchen gas, maid service with linen & towel change - Wed & Sat, pool towels included, garden & pool maintenance, host for welcome on arrival and assistance during your stay, final cleaning.
Not Included: Heating - metered, electricity/air con over 300 KW per week - metered @ €0.50/KW, extra maid service €18 per hour, chef service on request, first grocery shop - €50 plus the cost of the food

Security Deposit: €1,000 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor has an entrance hall with sitting area. Living room with fireplace, sat TV, sofas and library. There is a large, well equipped country kitchen with arched ceiling. A door leads to a covered patio. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor, which has an ensuite bathroom with a Turkish bath and chromatherapy shower.

FIRST FLOOR
A staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms. One is a double and the other two can be made double or twin. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Two have showers and one has an elegant tub.

OUTDOORS
The villa is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It has pretty, panoramic views towards Lucca. The villa has a covered patio for outdoor dining. There is a pizza oven and BBQ. The 12x6mt swimming pool is close to the house and also has lovely, panoramic views. At the rear of the villa, in an elevated position, there is a jacuzzi to enjoy in the cool of an evening and a shower.
