Villa Cortile is an elegant villa, that sits in the hills outside of Siena, dates as far back as back 1348. It has belonged to many noble Sienese families including a Marquis who took part in important Sienese affairs.
Today the villa has been beautifully restored to provide holiday accommodation and has stunning views towards the historic city of Siena. The villa retains much of its original character and charm, including an inner courtyard. As well as enjoying its elegant interiors, guests can enjoy the many facilities at the villa including a private tennis court, sauna, football court, well equipped gym and the pool table. The villa is set in 10,000 sq mts of well-kept grounds and the swimming pool (15x7.5mts), located just 200 mts from the villa, provides beautiful views over the countryside.

Not included:  Pool heating - €700 per week, heating in Winter - metered, personal laundry, extra maid/laundry service €20 per hr, baby sitting €20 per hr, grocery shopping €40 plus cost of food, cook on request - lunch service €300 plus the cost of the groceries, dinner service €400 plus the cost of the groceries, cookery lessons €110 per person.
A food deposit on arrival may be required for cook service.

Security Deposit: €2,000 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure

The property is made up of a villa and adjacent cottage. The villa is laid out over 800 sq mts and has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor there is a large living room with satellite TV, a computer with internet access and fax machines. There is also a study with a piano. There are 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 are en suite) on this floor. All bedrooms have King size beds and top quality mattresses and high quality linens. This floor has air conditioning and all rooms have beautiful views.

The cottage is located just 40 mts from the main villa. It is on 2 floors; a lower floor and a ground floor. The cottage has under floor cooling in summer. The cottage provides a further 2 double bedrooms each with a bathroom.
