Villa Conchiglia is a chic villa within easy reach of the beach. The villa is located on a large estate of 1,000 hectares inside a WWF nature reserve along the Tuscan coast close to Capalbio. The nature reserve was founded in 1968 and includes a Saracen tower that overlooks a lagoon of extreme beauty, which is framed by sedge, reed beds, rushes and Mediterranean scrubland, it is the heart of this unspoilt coastline, where you find rare plants and countless species of water birds.
The villa enjoys direct, private access to the beach and there is an electric golf cart to get to the beach. The beach is unspoilt and natural, but if you prefer there is also a beach club with loungers & umbrellas and a bar / restaurant within easy reach.

Villa Conchiglia is just 700 metres from the beach.  A private footpath provides direct access to the beach. The villa is set in 5,000 sq mts of grounds and the property is made up of a main villa and 2 pretty cottages adjacent to the villa. A heated infinity pool completes this property.
It is a perfect choice for larger groups looking for private access to the beach and with facilities  by.
