Villa Compito is a stylish, restored, 19th C. stone farmhouse with a private swimming pool, set in its own beautiful garden,. The villa is situated in the countryside within easy reach of the city of Lucca, which  is only 12 kms away (10 to 15 mins by car). The villa has 5 bright, luminous bedrooms (4 double, 1 twin) and 4 bathrooms with showers. It has two comfortable living rooms and a well equipped kitchen and dining room seating 10 guests. It also has a fully equipped, covered, outdoor dining area plus living area with sofas in front of the pool and garden. This stunning villa makes an ideal base for a large family or group of friends to explore the Lucca area. It is also within easy reach of the Tuscan coast.

Not included: Chef service, heating for 2024 over €100 per week - metered, extra maid service €18 per hour, personal laundry service, first grocery shop - €50 plus cost of the groceries payable in cash on arrival
