Villa Chianti is a beautiful, restored farmhouse set in the wonderful Chianti countryside dotted with cypress trees and olive groves. It is within easy reach of the local town of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa. The villa can sleep up to 20 guests in 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. It has a number of spacious communal areas, well equipped kitchens and outdoor dining areas. The villa also features a spa & wellness area. The villa is set in large grounds and enjoys beautiful panoramic views over the Tuscan countryside.
Villa Chianti is the perfect location for a group of friends or a small wedding (max 30 guests). It is within easy reach of many of the main towns and cities; Siena is 50km and Florence is 30km and it is handy for the local village at 2km.

THE VILLA

A paved area, once the farmyard, leads into a large communal room, with arches, stone walls, chestnut beams and terracotta floors. The room also has a typical Tuscan fireplace. The main kitchen is also on this floor. It is well equipped to cater for up to 20/22 people with every modern appliance (cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine). There is a large dining room with fireplace, which has access to the outdoor dining areas. There is also  a suite with living room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and tub. It has air con and mosquito screens.

COTTAGE

This is an independent apartment, adjacent to the main villa. It was built out of what was originally a barn, and takes up the entire first floor. It consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofas and Sat TV, kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub. The annex also has a large loggia, a private garden and direct access to the  pool.

WELLNESS AREA AND SPA

Villa Chianti has its own wellness area & spa. The services available in this beautiful relaxation area include a gym, sauna, heated Jacuzzi tub and an automatic shiatsu massage bed. Guests can also choose to enjoy the beneficial effects of a massage as well as beauty treatments on request.

OUTDOORS

The villa is set in a large well-maintained garden. It has a large (8x16 mts) outdoor pool set in a garden area with beautiful panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside. The pool features a large, circular whirlpool and water jets. The pool area is furnished with loungers and umbrellas. There are multiple spaces around the gardens for relaxing and also dining outdoors.
