We vacationed here with 10 people (6 adults and 4 teenagers). The villa was absolutely perfect. The house is up on a hill with a great view of the town below. The house was very spacious with so much room for everyone. The kitchen was wonderful and completely inviting that a number of meals were cooked there. They offer a chef service which I would recommend for at least 1 night. Laura and her husband cooked and the food was excellent!! Elena and Laura were the best hosts - very nice and accommodating and with recommendations for the area but not intrusive at all. There is a garden on site and we were offered to use anything they had - zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant, herbs, garlic, cucumbers ... which we took them up on. There is a wonderful pizza oven where we made pizza and bread. They offer their own olive oil which was excellent. The house is very close to town and you can walk in (although up hill on the way back). Marisa's was the favorite coffee bar for some of the group and there is a excellent bakery. The house is a great place to discover Tuscany/Chianti region with day trips to San Gimingnano, Sienna, Panzano, Radda, Certaldo, etc. The train to Florence is very close. Bottom line is we had an awesome time and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone!!
