Villa Cavalluccio is a chic villa and cottage within easy reach of the beach. The villa is located on a large estate of 1,000 hectares inside a WWF nature reserve situated on the Tuscan coast close to Capalbio. The nature reserve was founded in 1968 and includes a Saracen tower, which overlooks a lagoon of extreme beauty, which is framed by sedge, reed beds, rushes and Mediterranean scrubland, it is the heart of this unspoilt coastline, where you find rare plants and countless species of water birds.
The villa has direct private access to the beach and an electric golf cart is included to get to the beach. The beach is unspoilt and natural, but if you prefer there is also a beach club with loungers & umbrellas and a bar / restaurant within easy reach. Villa Cavalluccio is surrounded by a very large garden of 5,000 square meters and is made up of a main building and 2 cottages. A heated infinity pool completes this property.
