Villa Capalbio is a beautifully, restored villa in the heart of Maremma on the Tuscan coast. The villa is set in a large garden set to lawn (6,000 sq mts) and it sleeps up to 10/12 guests in 5/6 bedrooms and 5/6 bathrooms. The villa has lovely outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing, all set amongst fields of sunflowers and olive groves. The villa is located within easy reach of Capalbio and provides easy access to many of the local towns in and around Argentario; Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole, Orbetello. There are beaches at just a short drive (5 mins). Villa Capalbio is a perfect base for exploring the wonderful Tuscan coast.

Prices include:  Water, kitchen gas, electricity, air con in summer, heating in winter, linen & towels (changed weekly), pool towels (changed weekly), garden & pool maintenance, final cleaning

Not included:  Maid €18 per hr - MUST be booked well in advance - payable on arrival, cook on request €25 per hr plus cost of food

Local Tourist Tax: N/A

Security Deposit: €1,500 payable by bank transfer payable 4 weeks before arrival  and refunded within 7 days of  departure.

Villa Capalbio is perfect for a large group of friends or family group. The villa has been furnished with top quality fixtures and fittings and has a lovely modern feel and quirky details. The outdoor spaces are well maintained and provide a spacious area to relax in and enjoy the private pool. The villa is located just a 5 mins drive  to the nearest beaches, where there are various beach clubs along the coast.

There is a large Portico with a lounge area and a large table for dining outdoors.  There is a large private infinity pool (15x7mts), a sundeck with 5 loungers and 2 large umbrellas, a changing room and a bathroom at the pool area. There is also a gazebo with a table and sofa close to the pool.

Outdoor Kitchen:
This has a wood oven and BBQ and a large table to seat 20 people.
